𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
– Take the lead on large-scale projects, plan from initial stage to successful execution.
– Create detailed plans for each project and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
– Tracking project progress within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
– Lead client meetings, managing project teams, assigning responsibilities and making sure everyone knows their responsibilities.
– Ensure resource availability and allocation.
– Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
– Take initiative in creating/modifying any missing documentation.
– Driving continuous improvement in project management processes.
– Use project management tools like ClickUp to keep track of tasks and deadlines.
– Communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively and timely to the manager and/or client.
– Regularly quality check the work to ensure it meets high standards.
– Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and resolving conflicts within the team.
– Work closely with the CEO to make sure the projects support the company’s overall goals.
– Be available on communication channels e.g. email & slack during weekends and leaves as well on immediate basis and resolve queries to get the work delivered.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

– Minimum three years of experience in technical lead or project management roles in the IT industry.
– Previous experience in IT project management is essential, with a strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
– Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
– Ability to analyze project requirements and make data-driven decisions.
– Familiarity with IT technologies and systems is a must.
– Ability to handle complex, large-scale projects effectively.
– Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel without compromising on communication, quality or delivery.
– Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
– Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, business, management, or a related field.
– Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
